2. Is it secure?

    ALcard has signed with Equifax to guarantee a peace of mind during your transactions and the use of our servise. Your contact information will be sent to the respective finantial institution after you close the deal.

    All the financial institutions participating with us, must be approved before start bidding on.





3. How the financial institutions are going to contact me?

    All the communication is via email. You as well financial institutions can contact each other by using their email addresses.





4. How long can I post my balance?

    The longest time you can post your balance amount is 30 days. After so, you can re-open your balance if you didn't get any bids or your would like to receive more offers.





5. Where can I see my bids?

    My ALcard, is the page that enables you to access to your account, all your balances as well as bids are there. You can access to this one through the homepage.





6. What options you provide to financial institutions?

    Financial institutions can search, bid, watch (follow an auction), see the opening, closing and featured auctions. All this auctions are available once you login by the financial side of ALcard homepage.





7. How can I retrieve my password?

    If you have problems at login, please click here.





8. How can I edit my user profile?

    To modify your current settings, please click here.





9. What to do if I decide to discontinue the service?

    Please, send an email to info@alcard.com with the subject: Cancel Service, and we will take care of it.
